Your role @Chanel:
Working hand in hand with the Fashion Training Lead, UK Fashion Boutique Management and Head of Fashion Retail you will develop & deliver strategic and effective learning solutions in response to the needs of the in-store teams with a focus on supporting our Boutiques. You will lead a team of Retail Learning Partners in the identification, creation and delivery of impactful learning solutions in their dedicated Boutiques. Training solutions will be predominantly delivered in-store using varied formats and delivery methods including briefings and coaching.
You will drive a positive and open dialogue to capture the ongoing needs of the Boutique Teams and work with agility and adaptability in delivering training to meet their priorities. You will support in growing in-store learning culture, creating consistent learning moments across the network and establish a strong connection between Training and Fashion Retail teams.
The role supports our Fashion Retail network in the UK and Ireland and demands a strong knowledge of all product categories and the CHANEL client experience as well as expertise in coaching.
The role will manage the in-Boutique Learning Partners directly, supporting their growth and development and working collaboratively to build consistent processes and learning solutions across the Boutique networks.
You will work collaboratively with the broader fashion division within the UK and connect with Global counterparts where relevant. You will act as a key ambassador for fashion training and drive blended learning culture and positive engagement with all training initiatives. You will also act as a representative for UK Fashion Training during Global Seminars, endorsing our innovative and inspiring learning approach.
The role is based in the UK and involves national and global travel.

What impact you can create at Chanel:
  • Co-develop the core training curriculum for the year ahead in line with strategic training priorities, creating a continuous feedback loop from the Boutiques to the business.
  • Manage the in-boutique Retail Learning Partners, supporting their growth and development, whilst working collaboratively to build consistent processes and learning solutions across the Boutique networks.
  • Collaborate with the Academy Training team in the successful design, development, and facilitation of training solutions for CHANEL Boutique employees.
  • Alongside the Retail Learning partners, play an integral role in the onboarding path of New Starters – providing product knowledge & client experience training as well as engaging a self-led learning mindset from the start of their employee journey.
  • Create engaging, outcomes-driven, and experiential learning experiences and to support in the implementation of blended learning solutions.
  • Ensure that training and development programs are consistent with the CHANEL mission and culture.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of Collection Training to ensure alignment of messages across UK Boutique network. Responsible for ensuring strong follow-up and embedding of knowledge in-store.
  • Drive connectivity between Academy and Fashion Boutique network.
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of training delivered both in the Academy and in-store
  • Embed digital learning culture in-store and inspire teams to take initiative with Inside Fashion Learning app.
