Job description
- General legal advice and assistance on issues related to applications, compliance, regulation, privacy, policy initiatives and other legal aspects of the OEB’s activities
- Participate in OEB hearings
- Draft OEB legal documents
- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions
- Completion of the prerequisites required to participate in the Law Society of Ontario Articling Program
- Interest in administrative and energy law
- Superior written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to work effectively and collaboratively in a variety of situations and within multi-disciplinary groups, including remotely

Compensation: $40.17/hour ($75,720.45 annualized)
The OEB will provide Law Society Fee reimbursement (up to $4625 with proof of payment) upon successful completion of the articling term).
