Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator at an educational establishment within the Barking area.
Full time, Monday - Friday
6 month contract with the potential to extend
Paying up to £56,000 pa
The role:
- Working with the Head of HR & People Services and Senior HR Advisors to identify training needs across the College and map out training plans Design and develop training programmes, content and materials To facilitate training courses and improvements based on evaluation
- To select appropriate training methods or activities (i.e. mentoring, shadowing, CPD etc) To co-deliver training courses with colleagues across all the sites
- To collate and analyse training evaluation, adapting and improving content and delivery accordingly
- To promote awareness of BDC’s training offerings marketing available training to employees and provide necessary information about training sessions
- Stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session to monitor effectiveness of the course
- Maintain updated training records
- Support the content development, arrangements and delivery of Inductions.
Ideally you will have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
