Do you thrive on building relationships? Getting the best out of people? Helping to develop and motivate learners to be the best they can be and realise their potential growth?
This is the type of rewarding and challenging work you will be doing with us!
What is great about this job is that you get to work within a small dynamic team, putting training, mentoring, coaching and wellbeing ideas and resources into practice. We need you to coordinate training programs, motivate and encourage colleagues to achieve personal and professional growth, assess and monitor training and development needs, create digital and physical training manuals, present in-person or online training sessions and source specialist training and much more.
We also need you to apply your skills to assist and support our data driven decision-making, by offering a comprehensive administration and support role, including researching innovative ideas, supporting key projects and monitoring of performance statistics. If you have these capabilities and are not afraid of bringing energy and passion into your role; if you are organised, digitally savvy and always curious and keen to learn more and offer solutions and improvements, then this job could be a great fit for you.
We are happy to talk about Flexible Working Hours with any candidate with the skills and talent we are looking for.
