CommunityAd Publishers are one of the largest and fastest growing Community news magazine brands in the UK.
Following the success of CommunityAd Magazines throughout Kent, Essex, Sussex and Hampshire, we are now expanding further afield and are looking to welcome experienced advertising sales representatives who would like to join our team.
You will be working from either our Margate based office or remotely from your own home. You will be Joining our existing teams, selling advertising space in both our printed magazines and online business directory.
Bothfull time and part time positions are available!
The position will suit applicants with a background in advertising sales preferably within the media sector of community magazine advertising, B2B telesales or a leadership role within the digital advertising market, who are self-motivated and passionate about helping small and local businesses thrive in their communities and marketplace.
You can expect a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with On Target Earnings of £44,000+, plus bonuses. Commission is uncapped and a higher salary can be achieved with the right representative. Regular prize incentives and company events throughout the year.

What you will be doing:
Selling advertising across the CommunityAd brand in a mix of printed community magazines and online digital display advertising.
Maintain and develop good relationships with our existing customers, understanding and developing each customers business, to help them achieve their business growth and goals. You will do this through appropriate sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Sourcing new customers from your own research and lead generation.
Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and explaining the benefits with the view to sell our products in a consultative and engaging way.
Working all leads in a timely manner, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates and targets.
Role requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in advertising sales, media or digital sales
Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
Exceptional communication skills – you must be able to convey your passion and product knowledge clearly and effectively in a polished manner.
Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude.
The ability to build excellent rapport and self-generate new business through finding your own leads.
