We are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Business Partner to join our Training and Development Team.

This is a new role to join our T&D team which is part of the wider HR team!

The Role

Working alongside our other Training Business Partner and managing the Regulatory Trainer, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders to identify ways in which existing training content can be improved to future proof the business.

As Training Business Partner your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating and partnering with the business to develop, deliver and measure training needs across the business and ensuring that we have senior stakeholders engaged and fully supportive of training activity.
  • Assessing training needs, designing, delivering and measuring training for the company, working in close collaboration with the Training and Development Manager and existing Business Partner.
  • Delivering training requirements for ongoing projects and initiatives outside of the training needs assessments.
  • Developing a wide array of training content, including online training, job aids, presentations, user guides that support learning within the organisation.
  • Leveraging knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design to analyse needs, design, develop and implement modern blended learning solutions aligned with business priorities with an emphasis on creating engaging, interactive, learner-centric and memory retentive learning experiences.

You should possess expert level knowledge of instructional design, with strong project management skills to manage multiple training projects from end to end. Previous experience working in a training environment with demonstrable design and delivery skills especially elearning is essential. You should be passionate about learning and keen to provide engaging learning experiences with a desire to continuously improve and adapt, keeping in touch with changing learning technologies and approaches. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong facilitator. You must have experience of Financial Services and be focused on execution and delivery with good attention to detail.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
