Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer content, training and support?

Do you want an exciting career in an award-winning start-up transforming the world of work?

Helping customers increase diversity hiring

In a world where organisations are facing significant skills challenges, increasing compliance requirements and continuous organisational transformation, current approaches to managing jobs and job data are no longer fit for purpose.

RoleMapperis an AI-powered management solution that enables organisations to future-proof job architectures and job descriptions. With inclusion and diversity at the core, our platform helps organisations build inclusive workplaces and transforms the world of work.

In 3 years, we have built a portfolio of global customers and have recently received significant VC funding. We are now embarking on the next exciting chapter of our journey.

If you love working in an inclusive, collaborative, team-first culture - helping customers solve some of their biggest workforce challenges - then RoleMapper is the place to be!

As Customer Learning Specialist, you will:

  • Leading training, consulting, and ‘white glove’ super-user sessions with our customers to support the creation of best practice job descriptions
  • Providing support to our global user-base via a variety of channels (chat, email, video, phone) to ensure customer issues are resolved swiftly
  • Supporting the build and maintenance of our content engine – creating best-practice job description and skills content to power the AI in our platform
  • Helping to build and update our in-product training, knowledgebase, and online learning materials to give users a great experience on the product
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful global projects to our customers on-time

Requirements

  • Have experience working in HR/REWARD (HRBP, Recruitment) and creating job descriptions
  • Be comfortable with (and be good at) building relationships, facilitating and influencing senior managers, and questioning their assumptions and perceptions
  • Enjoy delivering training, presentations, and engagement sessions to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Have excellent written skills and with a great attention to detail
  • Be able to flex and adapt in an ever-changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Have great IT skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

To be successful working with us you will be “Start-up ready”. You are naturally proactive, have a positive attitude to change; have a continuous improvement mindset, are flexible, always happy to go beyond your brief; enjoy working at pace and comfortable with ambiguity.

And finally, you will really resonate with our values:

Customer Focus: we are obsessive about delivering value and reducing complexity for customers
Collaboration: we’re all about the team - collaborating, supporting and recognising everyone’s contributions
Openness & Honesty: we are open, honest, and straight-talking with each other and our customers
Authenticity & Humility: we bring our whole selves to work, and we have the humility and self-honesty to admit when we are wrong
