As Customer Learning Specialist, you will:
- Leading training, consulting, and ‘white glove’ super-user sessions with our customers to support the creation of best practice job descriptions
- Providing support to our global user-base via a variety of channels (chat, email, video, phone) to ensure customer issues are resolved swiftly
- Supporting the build and maintenance of our content engine – creating best-practice job description and skills content to power the AI in our platform
- Helping to build and update our in-product training, knowledgebase, and online learning materials to give users a great experience on the product
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful global projects to our customers on-time
Requirements
- Have experience working in HR/REWARD (HRBP, Recruitment) and creating job descriptions
- Be comfortable with (and be good at) building relationships, facilitating and influencing senior managers, and questioning their assumptions and perceptions
- Enjoy delivering training, presentations, and engagement sessions to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Have excellent written skills and with a great attention to detail
- Be able to flex and adapt in an ever-changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Be highly organised with great attention to detail
- Have great IT skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Flexible Working
We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:
- Working from home with opportunities to work with team in Exeter, Wokingham or London.
Location
While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations. We have regular team working-together days in both Exeter, Wokingham and London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.
