Role Profile
- RTITB qualifications and Manual Handling instructor experience are required.
- Undertaking direct training of colleagues. MHE plus attachments and MH.
- Continue with the positive safety and CI culture embedded into our site.
- Proactively undertaking training analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating.
- Ensure all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place.
- Giving feedback on any identified problems in the training content and/or process.
- Reviewing and adjusting training methods as appropriate.
- Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements.
- Flexible working patterns will be required.
Person Profile
- Will have excellent team building and motivational skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills.
- Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g.; Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Able to build rapport rapidly and effectively with internal and external colleagues
