Due to a continued growth period, Real Wrap are currently looking for a Trainer to join our team! As a trainer you will assist the Production team with overall Production needs, as well a training, build strong connections with the production team, identify and assist with current and existing training gaps and needs.

The Real Wrap Co is a fast-paced food-to-go manufacturer. We have been placed on the fast-track top 100 companies for the past 3 years for growth, hitting a run rate of £28M turnover. We plan to grow to £40M in the next 3 years across our sites in Avonmouth, and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary:
£12.75 per hour
Working hours:
0800 - 1700 (though flexibility is required). Monday to Friday.
Roles and responsibilities:
These will include but no means limited to:
- Create training matrices where applicable
- Gather training records and update training matrix
- Prepare training materials
- Prepare training record logs
- Support the timely creation and circulation of KPI reports to HSE/HR functions as requested
- Comply with and promote company Health & Safety policies, procedures, SOP’s, work instructions and notices
- Any other tasks as required by the HSE/HR Team as and when required
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Inform employees about training options
- Map out training plans for individual employees
- Present training programs using recognised training techniques and tools
- Provide feedback to program participants and management
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
- Maintain employee training records
- Organise logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
- Monitor staffs performance by liaising with managers and department heads
- Address skill deficits through tailored training
- Offer flexibility to cover holidays and sickness, at a senior level, in the Production area.
Ideal candidate:
Though experience is preferred but not essential, you will ideally possess the following:
- Good IT skills with the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Committed, disciplined and well organised
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business
- Ideally have a food or manufacturing background
