Job Description: Carer Recruitment Consultant with Language Skills (Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish)

Position Overview: As a Carer Recruitment Consultant with language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish, along with a full level of English proficiency, you will play a critical role in recruiting and sourcing qualified carers and healthcare professionals from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will allow you to engage with potential candidates, understand their skills and qualifications, and match them with suitable caregiving opportunities. You will collaborate with the recruitment team and healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to clients across language and cultural barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise your language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish to identify and source potential carers and healthcare professionals from specific linguistic communities. Use various channels, such as job boards, social media, and community outreach, to attract diverse candidates.

Interview and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for caregiving roles. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of candidates' language skills and cultural competence.

Language Proficiency Verification: Verify candidates' language proficiency in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish through assessments or interviews to ensure accurate communication with clients.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with candidates from different linguistic backgrounds. Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all applicants.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all necessary candidate documentation, including qualifications, certifications, and work permits, is obtained and compliant with relevant regulations.

Matching and Placement: Collaborate with the recruitment team and healthcare providers to match candidates with suitable caregiving opportunities based on language skills, qualifications, and client needs.

Marketing and Outreach: Promote caregiving opportunities to potential candidates through targeted marketing efforts, community engagement, and language-specific job listings.

Database Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date candidate database, recording candidate information, qualifications, and availability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations to enhance the recruitment process continually.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or caregiver staffing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish (all three languages preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Understanding of the caregiving and healthcare industry and related qualifications and certifications.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for caregiver recruitment.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all applicants.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate records and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
