What you will be doing in your role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
- Building a great rapport with customers
- Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
- Converting interest into sales
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Ensuring the space always has premium standards
What experience you’ll need to be successful:
- Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
- The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
- Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
- Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
- Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
- Ability to work independently where required
- Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
- A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
- Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Training:
- In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
- Customer service sales training
