*OTE £34-35k with productivity bonus following training period*
Trainee Telecoms Blockage Clearance & Cabling Engineer.
No experience is required as we will provide full training, would suit candidates with previous experience within labouring roles, and a love of working outdoors.
Permanent Full-time Position. PAYE. Basic Salary whilst training - £27k
Upon successful completion of your training which generally takes 4-6 months, you will receive an initial basic pay rise to £30k, and be entitled to a weekly productivity bonus scheme with average earnings of circa £35k per annum including basic pay.
20 days holiday increasing to 25 through length of service. Plus Bank Holidays.
Based from Gloucester as part of a 2 person team, you will be working an area covering Gloucester, Cheltenham & surrounding areas, with also travel to Swindon and Bristol areas as required.
The role involves carrying out minor excavation works to clear and repair blockages on telecoms networks to a high standard meeting all relevant specifications. This is physical work, out in all weathers, please only apply if you enjoy working outdoors.
A full driving license is absolutely essential.
