Established in 2015, Elizabeth Xi Bauer (EXB) is in both the City of London and Deptford for its business address and gallery respectively.
EXB is respected as an effective art dealer, successfully supporting artists’ by assisting them to progress in their artistic career. There are many activities that EXB is involved in to raise the profile of its artists including domestic and international exhibitions, publications, educational courses, as well as being part of and attending major art fairs.
Elizabeth Xi Bauer represents and is responsible for building a database of individuals and organisations that all have an interest ollectors to purchase award-winning, museum quality artists and many of EXB’s database of people and organisations become collectors that collect with confidence and fulfilment.
EXB has a very successful track record of building the success of both the artists and the collectors that it works with and there are hundreds of independent reviews to reflect this in the public domain. Your role as a sales agent is to present these achievements to the people that you are speaking with.
Ideal candidate experience and attributes
· Has accrued at least 4 years of experience in selling luxury goods and possesses excellent sales skills
· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
· Working a flexible schedule, based on business volume, will be required. Some of these occasions will include late evenings for special events and exhibition openings\
EXB is looking for agents that are outgoing and adaptable, who possess excellent communication skills, particularly in the company of affluent clients. EXB’s ideal applicant will a have a proven track record in sales, who will prosper in a fast-paced, high-end gallery environment.
Role Responsibilities
· Generate prospects and new clients from EXB’s existing and new daily internet and telephone enquiries
· Build and maintain successful prospect and client relationships to drive sales
· Reach and exceed monthly sales goals with passion and enthusiasm
· Continuous professional development - Attain a strong grasp of the art market, art industry and EXB’s artists
· To uphold the professional and informative brand image Elizabeth Xi Bauer is known for
· Always deliver exceptional customer care, and greet clients with professionalism and care to uphold the exemplary brand image Elizabeth Xi Bauer is known for
· To build, nurture and manage relationships with our existing and new clients
