£20,000 basic PLUS an OTE up to £60K & Excellent Benefits, a 5 day week & Sundays off!

We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to work for one of the most iconic brands and join our prestigious Porsche Centre in Aberdeen. To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving licence, be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and the motivation and passion to earn. In return we will provide you with all the training and support to become a Sales Executive and the opportunities to progress your career further!
What you will do
- Warmly welcome guests on arrival at site
- Assist guests with their initial enquiry and establishes their needs in relation to car buying, funding and their part exchange.
- Answers product questions knowledgeably and seeks further information from others if required.
- Present best options to the guest
- Handling objections and negotiating deals
- Update all key guest information on database and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Support guests with test drives – so you will need a full driving licence.
- Carry out part exchange appraisals.
- Provides citNOW video’s eCommerce guests.
- Contact customers over the phone about finance renewal and retention programmes
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and vehicle display
- Completes all TCF /GDPR fully in conjunction with the guest and complies with FCA regulations
What you will need
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Motivated to earn
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Computer literature
- Inquisitive with a thirst for knowledge
- Ability to explain information confidently and clearly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships,
- Warm, friendly and professional manner
- Willingness to learn and push yourself
- Compliance focused
