Basic Salary £25,000 + uncapped commission
Realistic 1st year earnings of £35,000, 2nd year £50,000 and 3rd year £70,000+ (top performers earn over £100,000)
Horsham Office near Roffey Park
Office based initially but will become hybrid as you gain experience
Full training is provided.
Trainee Recruitment responsibilities can include:
- Establishing relationships with candidates for long-term collaborations
- Sourcing high-calibre candidates for specialist roles across the globe
- Writing advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn
- Managing multiple recruitment and interview processes
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive client introduction and relationship management
The ideal candidate is:
- In command of strong written and spoken communication skills
- Driven, determined and happy working with targets in mind
- Willing to make mistakes in order to learn
- Resilient and ambitious
Experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales / marketing OR a strong academic background (good A-Levels or Degree educated) is desirable but not essential, and not as important as charisma and personality!
