Job description
This is a role for a trainee recruiter and would suit someone looking to further a career in talent aquisition or agency recruiment. The role has the option of completing a resourcing recruitment apprenticeship qualification following 6 months service, sponsored by the company. Alongside this you'll receive excellent training in each step of the process. This is an great opportunity for somone with the right attitude and drive to become a succesful recruiter.
The role gives exposure to exciting growing businesses in the technology and professional services area, you'll gain a strong understanding of different sectors and business functions covering roles including business consultants, project managers, technical consultants, devops, product management, customer success and service delivery.
We operate a hybrid working environment with opportunity to travel, we work with clients globally and have placed candidates in Germany, Brazil and the UK in recent months. Languages are advantageous but not essential.

- Able to demonstrate good understanding of technical requirements of roles.

- High level of morals and entirely ethical approach.
- Demonstrates leadership credentials and good self-awareness.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Organised and able to communicate process and disciplined to stick by the process.
- Credible with desire to add-value and ability to instigate change in the hiring process.
- Ideally but not essential, BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field

Full talent partner responsibilities
- Updating system and providing progress updates.
- Focus on key metrics and consistently completing on a daily basis.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc).
- Ensure positive candidate experience via interviews, automated email and feedback.
- Recognise and prioritise time critical, business critical and priority hires.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events.
