Up to £24,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 1 week where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house L&D Team.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be headhunting the best talent in the Engineering & Construction Industry
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will employ a diverse set of sales and marketing strategies to attract top talent. These techniques include creating compelling job advertisements, crafting engaging LinkedIn content to bolster your personal brand, actively networking, making sales calls, and conducting client meetings.
Your objective will be to establish a loyal client base and position yourself as their trusted partner for business growth, assisting them in achieving their objectives.
In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, starting from the initial screening calls with potential candidates, all the way through to successfully closing deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.
- Attracting candidates by using a wide range of means including using social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards
- Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role
- Take a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities.

- Bonuses in excess of £3000 per month (our record to date is £6,906)
