Job description
Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a firmly established and rapidly growing organisation that provide security and monitoring services throughout the West Midlands region. As a result of growth, they are now looking for a hard-working Field Data Cabling Engineer with a creative approach to installations to join their team.
The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to c£32,000 D.O.E, along with other employee perks including a pension scheme, company van, 4 weeks holiday + stats (per annum), additional overtime pay and an annual bonus.
Due to the nature of this field role, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel throughout the West Midlands region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot and inspect cabling system infrastructure
- Cable trucking and conduit installations, adhering to safety standards
- Safely remove and pull cables
- IP and network configuration
- Interact and update customers with issues and installation/removal progress
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar data cabling position, beneficially within the security and monitoring industry
- Relevant qualifications or certifications beneficial
- Excellent communicational and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and creativity skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and happy to travel
