Roles and Responsibilities 1 to 1 training Learning a 360-recruitment process Arranging interviews Candidate sourcing using several top UK job boards Shortlisting candidates for vacancies Checking in with recent new starters Sourcing new business and communicating with clients Candidate Requirements Great communication skills both written and verbal Good IT skills Content with using the phone extensively Emotional intelligence Inclined to go the extra mile at work Positive can-do attitude Eagerness to learn Exceptional time management skill Friendly, confident, bubbly outgoing personality.
