The Opportunity & Role:
In the next phase of our growth, we are hiring a Consulting Lead. The Lead has strong people-driven transformation experience, working directly with executive and leadership teams across the human-led aspects of change.
The Role:
- Owns key client relationships
- Leads b4z project teams to land outstanding outcomes for both the client and our business
- Delivers transformational consulting across purpose & strategy*, leadership-driven culture change, leadership effectiveness, people strategy and strategy mobilization
- Hustles and develops new and existing client relationships through nurturing networks, spotting challenges and uncovering opportunities for growth
- Coaches and grows the team, giving regular feedback
About you
- Experienced in leading consulting projects across the human aspects of people transformation
- Comfortable facilitation C-Suite strategic conversations in the context of setting overall direction*
- Up for building a business and the energy required to play a pivotal role in growing us from 60-120 people
- A brilliant coach and mentor with a passion for developing others
