Job Description
Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work in a Wolverhampton primary school.
The ideal Administrator would be someone with previous experience of working in a school.
Starting in September, the role will involve general administrative duties including answering the phone, photocopying, dealing with parents and responding to emails. The role will involve work on a computer and therefore good ICT skills are necessary.
A friendly approach to work is important, with good communication skills and enthusiasm to work as a team
This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday 08.00 am -16.00 pm. Initially covering a long-term sickness until October half term.
To apply for this Administrator role you will need the following:
- Previous experience of working as a school administrator is essential
- Previous experience using SIMS
- DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
- Minimum of 2 excellent references required.
Responsibilities for the Administrator role:
- To offer excellent face-to-face and telephone contact
- To maintain and keep accurate records
- To complete training relevant to this role
- To support the Admin team with daily tasks
- To follow the school code of conduct
- To follow Data Protection regulations
