Job description
We are currently looking for a Trainee Property Manager with travel to branches in the York area. You will be based at the York branch. Working as a Trainee Property Manager existing experience is not required as we will take you through a structured training plan, typically 6 – 9 months, to ensure you get the required skills and knowledge to become a competent Property Manager. You will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained for our clients. The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties. You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate must be able to drive and will have excellent attention to detail, great administrative skills including IT literacy and problem solving skills.
Salary £20,000
