We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant to join our team at Nano Fibre UK. Due to sustained growth we are looking for a new member for our HR team here to assist in the delivery of the day to day HR and key HR team initiatives and projects.
This role will be varied and will offer an opportunity to support the Head of HR and the HR team with all aspects of the HR roles and functions within the business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Company's ATS recruitment system including the creation of job adverts to be advertised on the company website, online job boards, recruitment agencies and internally as appropriate.
- Work with recruiting managers to help support them through the recruitment process including CV sifting and interviews.
- Produce contracts of employment and new starter packs, collate returned paperwork and set up new starters on the HRIS (BrightHR).
- Ensure data is accurately prepared and shared for monthly payroll activities in line with the payroll schedule.
- Support the HR team with the induction of new starters.
- Keep up to date on all current HR best practice and current legislation and continuously develop HR professional knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and introduction of new administrative processes and procedures.
- Provide other general administrative support including the wider HR Team as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in working within a generalist HR team and will have;
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Experience of working as a HR Assistant or knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
