We are recruiting for a new Trainee Project Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic company. You will play a vital role in helping our Project Managers with the administration and organisation of projects across the various areas of the business whilst developing your skillset to progress to be a Project Manager.

Your new role
Joining our team as a Trainee Project Manager you will be responsible for helping our Project Managers with a wide variety of tasks related to the project management of marine and interior outfit projects from planning, through to on-site and then project close down. Daily tasks will include:
· Liaising with suppliers, helping to find and source products & materials.
· Identifying labour requirements and planning/booking hotel and travel accommodation.
· Assisting our project managers and team onboard the ships during the refit works.
· Attend and contribute to project meetings from start up to close down.
· ...plus many other project-related tasks that arise, across all areas of the business.

This permanent, full time position will offer the successful Trainee project manager a competitive basic salary of around £20,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience) and a great range of benefits including pension and company bonus. As you progress through the business and gain more experience, we will review this regularly.
