Delivery Driver Job Description
- Deliver products to customers on a designated route.
- Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicle.
- Check delivery vehicles for mechanical repairs and replace worn parts before each work week.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness while operating the vehicle or with respect to surrounding area –– always keeping the outside of the vehicle clean.
- Comply with traffic laws and maintain a good driving record while operating a vehicle or driving in a truck.
- Report defects, accidents, or violations within the time limits prescribed by law.
- Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Experience
·Delivery driving – 1 year (Required)
·Customer Service – 1 year (1 required)
·High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
