JOB SUMMARY
Working in a fast-paced environment, the incumbent is expected to help with our production of high-volume full service direct mail production with a key focus being automation. Must have a workflow-oriented mindset and very logical in their thinking. Must be dependable, extremely detail-oriented, looking for a challenge and wilingness to learn.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Database Administration (SQL), D#, PowerShell
- Strong knowledge with C-Sharpe
- Experience in SQL, Office 365 Products, Visual Studio, Adobe Products
- Ability to write / understand code in C#, MVC, .Net Core, Entitle Framework
- Proven results-oriented and client focused orientation
- Excellent communication (written/oral), time management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; resourceful, attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity in the printing domain would be an asset
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience: 1 - 2 years Computer Technical Experience
Skills: Strong Computer Skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for programming & automation tasks, this includes selecting, sorting, formatting and manipulating data to meet client requirements. Must be familiar with API’s.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and report all unsafe and all unhealthy work conditions.
- Adhere to the AIIM Security Policy and report all violations to the Security Policy.
- Must have the ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to meet project deadlines is paramount.
- Experience with batch processing is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple job assignments.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed deadlines.
- Database Management & Automation skills are a huge plus.
- Perform quality checks and control.
- Code review and standard data validation practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and improve performance as needed.
Automate repetitive tasks.
