We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Project Controller to join the Powertherm team. The candidate will assist with the implementation and administration of project management controls, providing support and ensuring efficient operations of the site office, and to directly support the project team.
The Trainee Project Controller will monitor project performance and determine areas of improvement developing key performance indicators for the company’s metrics. This role will assist the site team with meeting client deadlines and documentation requirements to meet the criteria of the contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to assist with various areas of the project and will get the opportunity to progress within the role.

A typical day in your role as Trainee Project Controller will involve:
- Working with multiple project departments to coordinate financial and project performance. information including QS, Planners and QA.
- Coordinating work information to the site Supervision.
- Ensuring company KPIs are delivered accurately and on time.
- Development and implementation of project controls.
- Managing site administrators ensuring company deadlines are met
- Providing support to the Project Manager as required.
We are looking for someone who:
- IT literate including excellent MS skills.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Able to present data in a logical and easy to understand manner.
The role is full time. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to various sites and work on long term sites. Travel and accommodation will be reimbursed.
