Driving Recruitment Consultant £26,000 – £29,000 per annum plus Bonus and Commission
Vanta Staffing is recruiting a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our new Driving division based in High Wycombe; you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in driving recruitment. You will be required to work in our High Wycombe office.
The role of a Driving Recruitment Consultant involves selecting suitable staff for our driving division, which may be placed on a temporary, contract or permanent basis with clients. Working in conjunction with the Vanta driving team, the consultant will present candidates that have been pre-qualified against a specific job specification. The role will entail working on several assignments simultaneously for other clients, so good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.
We are searching for someone who can fit into our team and grow themselves and the business. To do this, you will need to be:
- Super confident and have the ability to communicate with both clients and candidates at all levels
- Excellent telephone communication skills and can behave proactively and think “outside the box” when appropriate.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise, recognising the need for urgency and tight deadlines, where applicable.
- Knowledge and experience in using Job Sites, and Boolean searches, along with knowledge of searching candidates across social media platforms.
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to listen well and gather essential information
- Strengthen existing/build new client relationships.
Business Hours are Monday – Friday 07.00/08.00 – 16.00/17.00 however due to the nature of recruitment a flexible approach to start and finish is critical, we are looking for somebody who is looking for a career not somebody looking for a job, as this position has the potential to progress into a managers role. As expected, going the extra mile is a daily event. You must also be able to handle the on-call on a rota basis.
Basic Duties:
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Interviewing candidates across all sectors
- Managing targets and leading by example
- Managing and maintaining the availability of suitable candidates
- Arranging Candidate interviews and managing the interview diary
- Building relationships with Candidates and Clients alike
- Logging all correspondence using a CRM system
- Being involved with the on-call phone rota
- Writing, posting and managing job postings
- Proactive candidate searches
- General office duties
