Legal Administrator

Main Duties:

  • Reception duties
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls
  • Filing
  • Audio Typing
  • Diary Management
  • Mail
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Preparing files for court

Experience:

  • Computer skills essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a legal administrative role and knowledge of Microsoft word packages desirable but not essential
  • Training will be provided

Hours:

Monday to Friday

9.00am - 5.00pm

This role is based in a city centre office close to a range of transport links, there is no scope to work from home with this position.

Salary and start date negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £14,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
