Legal Administrator
Main Duties:
- Reception duties
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
- Filing
- Audio Typing
- Diary Management
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Preparing files for court
Experience:
- Computer skills essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a legal administrative role and knowledge of Microsoft word packages desirable but not essential
- Training will be provided
Hours:
Monday to Friday
9.00am - 5.00pm
This role is based in a city centre office close to a range of transport links, there is no scope to work from home with this position.
Salary and start date negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £14,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
