We have a rare opportunity for a Buying Administrator to join us based in our Fenwick Bond Street store.
About the role
Our Buying Administrators are a vital part of the buying team, owning all administrative tasks related to buying whilst supporting the day to day running of the category.
Whilst managing a busy workload, you will be a key point of contact for the category, supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders with queries and information.
This role will give you the opportunity to take on extra responsibility and be more involved in negotiation, selection and driving recommendations, making this the perfect role before taking that step to be an Assistant Buyer.
About the candidate
- Experience within a Buying Administrator role essential
- A keen interest in Buying and premium retail
- Good relationship building skills
- Able to manage time well and prioritise multiple workstreams
- Highly numerate and IT literate especially in excel
- A keen interest in the chosen product group and knowledge of trends
- Good analytical skills
