We are seeking to recruit Trainee Land & Building Surveyors to be based from our office in Guildford
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to develop a career in the Geospatial industry providing digital data to support UK Infrastructure.
You will have desire to work in a technical and part-outdoor based profession and be enthusiastic, reliable and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Full training will be given in measured building surveys, topographic surveys, setting out, Network RTK GPS, laser scanning, 3D software environment including AutoCAD, Cloudworx and Jetstream.
Due to the location of the office and hours of the job, a full clean driving licence and own transport is essential. The role will require travel and occasional work away from home.

- Assistant Surveyor Level 1 - TSA Land Surveying 5-Day Course
- Junior Surveyor Level 2 - ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying
- Surveyor Level 3 – Technical Member ICES
- Senior Level 3 – Associate Member ICES
