About the role
As a Trainee Field Engineer, you will perform customer installs and pre-installation surveys along with delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
Key Requirements
To learn how to perform customer installations safely, effectively and efficiently.
Ensure all tools and equipment are handled with due care and safely.
To provide our customers with an exceptional service and experience throughout the installation process.
To ensure all relevant PPE Personal Protective Equipment issued is well maintained and is worn at all times.
To ensure the customer’s services are tested and working before leaving customer premises. (Right first time)
To ensure that any customer related issues are managed effectively through to resolution.
Work closely with Customer experience team to understand drivers for installation faults and to help drive continuous improvements.
To perform a clean and thorough installation process and to comply to Health and safety standards throughout.
Ensure site set up in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure that all work activities comply with environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct daily checks of Van, plant and tools, ensure they are safe to use and where applicable carry valid calibration certificates.
