Kelly Group is a leading provider of telecoms and utility network services, and we are currently seeking the very best talent to become Engineers to work on our CityFibre contract. We provide industry leading training on safety and technical skills, including world class customer service for the delivery of a range of products including Full Fibre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing telecoms and utility networks, and will be trained to work at height and in the underground telephony networks. You will play a key role in keeping the UK connected, and will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair telecoms and utility networks
- Work at height and in the underground telephony networks
- Follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology
- Provide world class customer service
Key Skills and Experience:
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months and have no more than 6 points.
- Safety conscious
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment all year round
- Experience in working in a customer service role
- Organised with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Able to prioritise in a busy work environment
- Comfortable with heights up to 15m
- Attention to detail
Qualifications:
Although we don’t require you to hold any specific qualifications, it is advantageous if you have a good level of Maths and English and a desire to work and connect with people.
