Who are you?

We are looking for computer literate, highly motivated individuals with proven communication and organisational skills and a willingness to learn to join our planning team based in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting, changing, or returning to their career as no previous experience is required.


Responsibilities of the role:

You will play a vital role in driving projects forward with the knowledge, and professional skills you will acquire through the training provided.

You will learn how to:

  • Create network designs with sufficient detailed and validated information for confidence in build and cost accuracy
  • Complete concept designs to enable a route walk with contractors and others
  • Prepare the complete technical design, costings, and pack for the build
  • Conduct surveys to overcome obvious issues to the build
  • Manage changes to build and ensuring timely updates of the agreed, costed changes in the design and build documentation

  • Use QGIS to determine risks and adjust build lines
  • Produce quality plans
