Standard hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 10.00 AM - 5PM SAT- 11AM- 2PM

Job Description: This role involves assisting in the day to day running of a busy lettings sales department for a Independent Estate Agents in Normanton Derby. You will be working as part of the Sale & Lettings Department team assisting with the management of properties.
This administrative job is busy and varied, but key responsibilities will include:
Handling both telephone and face to face calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords
- Carrying out referencing on potential tenants
- Setting up property files and processing paperwork • Renewals of tenancy agreements and invoicing • Visiting properties to conduct rental inspections
- Using lettings computer software
- Co-ordinating the Move In process once a tenant has secured a property
- Handling property maintenance issues and co-ordinating major repair works and gas safety checks
- Handling landlord rental payments
