About us
One of the UK’s leading charitable organisations is looking for a new IT Supervisor to join their team in Dover, Kent.
The IT department is going through a hugely exciting period of change and will play a critical role in delivering the organisations ongoing vision and strategy.
They need a highly enthusiastic IT Supervisor who will directly report to the IT Manager and will play a key role in supporting and managing the internal IT department staff.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our IT department.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of network security protocols, and prior experience in leading IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in O365 and expertise in all cloud-based Microsoft applications.
- Additional experience in Azure PaaS & IaaS
- Familiarity or understanding of Autopilot/Intune.
- Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent IT methodologies.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any potential issues.
- Desirable experience working in sectors such as Charity, Public Sector, Local Authority, Government, NHS, Education, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
