Trainee Engagement & Recovery Workers
Salary: £22,368 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits and access to professional development programme (upon successful completion of the Trainee Programme, salary will change to £25,878 per annum)
Contract: 12 month fixed-term (upon successful completion of the Trainee Programme, contract will change to Permanent)
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Various including Wokingham, Sandwell

We have positions available in the following locations:
- Sandwell
- Wokingham
Cranstoun’s Trainees will work within a substance misuse community service and will gain the experience, knowledge and skills to embark on a career working with people who use drugs and/or alcohol. On top of this, you will be sponsored and supported to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and an Addiction Professionals competency validation/assessment. This full-time position includes 1 day per week allocated to Study Time.
