The Particulars:
- Based in central London - Golborne Road, Ladbroke Grove - 5 minute walk from the station.
- Full Time: 35 - 40 hours per week: shifts are Monday-Sunday with morning and evening shifts.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Salary: £13-15 based on experience (pro rata £27,000)
- Room to grow into a management position.
Who You Are:
Someone who is able to give a first class customer service experience, with at least three years experience in the field.
Someone who can adapt to the developing needs of a start-up-style environment. Personable and pragmatic with the aim to develop into a leadership role.
Someone who thinks preemptively and who is a self-starter. You are organised, with excellent time management skills; able to handle many balls in the air.
Possible shifts are listed below:
Mon-Thurs: 6:15 - 1:15 pm, 11 - 7 pm or 12:30-8:30 pm
Fridays: 6:15 - 1:15 pm, 11:30 - 7:30 pm or 1:30-9:30 pm
Sat + Sun: 8 am - 2 pm or 11 - 5 pm or 12 - 7 pm

Duties of Role:
- Welcome all in-person clients as well as handling client calls and emails in an efficient, helpful and professional manner.
- Take class and event bookings and payments both in-person and over the phone.
- Ensure the building is well maintained and is warm, welcoming and presentable.
- Open and/or close the centre and set up the studio schedule for the day and action any day-specific tasks.
- Manage last minute timetable changes and communicate them to clients.
- Ensure reception is always kept tidy and sweep studios and tidy props after each class.
- Work with other members of the team and assist with any admin related tasks.
- Ensure all centre procedures are implemented.
Skills (preferred but not required):
- An interest in yoga, no need to be an expert!
- 3 years in customer service or related experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task.
- Friendly, approachable manner and ability to work as part of a team, and independently.
- Reliable, professional and positive attitude.
- Sales experience is a bonus.
