Host - Porsche
Job summary:
As a Porsche Host, you will welcome every customer to our Porsche dealership in Newcastle, establishing their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff, ensuring that all customers are well attended to at the Dealership and assisting them where appropriate.
You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy!
This role is a 20 hour working week working Wednesday 1pm to 6pm and Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers’ comfort while they are on site.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach!
