Trainee Business Travel Consultant Remote

We are a leading travel management company for the charity and academic communities and we’re proud and passionate about what we do. We currently have an opportunity for several consultants to join our Operations Team and receive full Business Travel training.
Our Operations Team provide a fantastic service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. As Business Travel Consultant you will be booking flights, hotels, car hire and advising clients on travel visas, so this is a varied role and the ability to multitask is key.
You will ideally have a background in the service industry with experience of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be results driven and able to demonstrate close attention to detail. No previous business travel experience is required as full training will be provided. In return you’ll receive some fantastic benefits:

Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (4 weeks), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 9.30am - 6.15pm (1 week) Monday – Friday and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks with a day off in lieu midweek. The role will be based at our central Manchester office and a Hybrid combination of office and home will be considered following a successful probation period.
