Job description

Overview:
Element has multiple exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Warringtonfire business initially for a period of 18 months to work on an internal project. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Project Team and Intact Developers to configure drop down menus etc
  • Data entry – inputting technical details, setting up drop down boxes, inputting standards, populating employee details – this is not an exhaustive list but accurate, efficient, quantative data entry skills are required
  • Hands on approach to offer ideas / solutions for issues
  • Take on board training as provided / requested
  • Collation of a monthly update PowerPoint presentation following set template
  • Keeping Project Team up to date with developments on weekly catch up call
  • Ensure all documents are kept up to date within Teams folders as appropriate
  • Booking of Meetings including meeting rooms, refreshments, lunches etc
  • Liaising with internal and external venues
  • Collation of Agenda / timings for Meetings
  • Co-ordination of diaries
  • Booking of Teams Meeting
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to understand and work with technically demanding requirements
  • Previous experience or training in varied processes such as: Fireman, Lotus Notes, Certification processes
  • Previous experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word)
  • Creative thinker - ability to think outside the box to solve problems
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload of self
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Methodical with attention to detail
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with flexible approach to work
