More about your role
This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Trainee Business Analyst, you'll support the transformation office with managing, planning and implementing change across the organisation.
As we know, it takes a community to deliver change and that is why the newly formed transformation office plays a key part in working towards our organisations strategy of changing lives by creating and supporting thriving communities.
The start date for this role is 18th September 2023 which will include a week long induction.
The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Business Analyst. The role will offer you exposure to all areas of our business, gaining real insight into the way in which processes, ways of working and technology applications solutions need to evolve to support the changing needs of a team. Using your keen eye for detail you'll be trusted to recognise where improvements can be made, driving better value from IT systems and processes. The Trainee Business Analyst acts as a go-between across the project team, the business and the technical teams , understanding each teams best practise, challenges and project needs

More about you
You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as IT, Business Management, Project Manager or similar. The successful candidate will be supported with a thorough and detailed training package, therefore a particular academic history isn't preferred. The successful candidate must have a willingness to learn and develop the new skills.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. You'll want to get stuck in and not be afraid to challenge and change systems, processes and application that don't meet their full potential and requirements. Striving to do the right thing not the easy thing! You'll be encouraged to take on your own projects and whilst you'll get the support of the team, the opportunity to have the autonomy to make decisions should excite you.
You'll put People First, delivering excellent customer experience and service to our internal colleagues. Acting as an ambassador for both the Group Transformation Office and the Emerging Talent Programme.
