What our people say –

‘When I joined NHBC as a trainee BI, I was really excited. It was a great opportunity for me to gain more technical knowledge and experience.

The mixture of classroom based, and mentor led inspections was a great mix. I was able to get a real feel for the role and to see first-hand what you might come across as an Inspector. It's great being out on-site learning and developing new skills. I really enjoy working with the site teams to deliver great new homes.’ – Marie Cotton, Building Inspector
