Are you looking for a new opportunity which will enable you to develop and thrive within automotive sales? We are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to progress and develop to a fully fledged sales executive in the not so distant future. Our trainees are provided with full support and development for a 6 month period, after this training we look to progress you to a fully fledged Sales Executive. We aim to provide you with everything you need to thrive and deliver. Hours: 42.5 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work life balance, the business is closed on Sundays and you will have a set day off during the week. Salary: £23,028 - £30,000 dependent upon level of previous sales experience. Key Responsibilities As a Trainee BMW Sales Executive looking after new and used sales, you will use your customer service expertise to guide our customers through the sales process, offering in-depth knowledge of our products including finance, insurance and accessories. We wouldn't be any where without our customers, so its important that you provide excellent customer satisfaction with every interaction whilst utilising all digital tools available. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer exquisite levels of service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service. Generally your first 6 months will be filled with: Shadowing our experienced sales executives to learn the end to end sales process Work closely with the General Sales Manager, Business Manager's to develop your skills and knowledge Utilise digital and traditional tools to maximise every customer contact and sales lead Being a confident and proactive member of the close knit team Skills Knowledge and Expertise The automotive industry moves fast so our successful sales executive will be a confident communicator in person, on the phone or digitally.
