We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with product information, helping them find the right products for their needs, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and customer service and wants to join a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
