A new opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing Construction company who have grown significantly in recent years. They are looking for experienced Professional Associations with experience of working within industry.
Candidates for this role will ideally have knowledge of the construction industry this would be particularly advantageous. We are looking for an effective Office Administrator who can build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with prospective customers.
We are looking for a motivated, keen, hardworking individual to join our growing team. There are certain elements of accounting skills will be advantage as our client requires a multi skilled candidate who will also provide some PA skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own workload, be willing to learn new skills and it's essential to have knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and word. We are looking for someone who can show initiative and who is keen and ready to learn skills.
Due to the nature of the role.
Responsibility for the Office Administrator :
* Respond to emails and letters.
* Answering the phone and answering queries
* Handle invoices and bookkeeping
* Assisting with reviewing income and expenses
* Preparing regular reports
* General office paperwork and admin work.
* Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
* Develop and maintain a filing system

Salary: £19,692.00-£35,839.00 per year
