At Tredz we strive to ensure that our customers have as much enjoyment buying a bike as they do riding one. Bikes are at the heart of the Tredz business, and we are on the search for good, reliable, and hardworking colleagues who we can train to build them to the highest standard for our customers.
No previous experience is required because we will provide you with a comprehensive training program. You will start by learning basic bike building skills with the aim of becoming Cytech Qualified within 6 months of joining Tredz. All we ask in return is that you share our passion for bikes, are ready to go the extra mile for our customers and enjoy having some serious fun.
You will be part of a highly energetic workshop team and when you start your new and exciting career with us , with the support of a trained mechanic you will first be responsible for undertaking basic bike building activities. Once trained and competent you will start to build bikes from scratch to customer specifications standards, achieving a first time bike success rate of 99.9% to improve the customer experience and minimise returns.
Starting Salary is £21,840.00, but once trained and competent this will increase to £22,880.00
