We are recruiting for an experienced Generalist Adviser to join our existing team of advisers and caseworkers to support clients in the Wealden area with a wide range of advice including but not limited to benefits, debt, housing, employment family and immigration. We are seeking someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need.
- You will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail, and excellent people’s skills.
- You will thrive in a busy environment and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- You will have Citizens Advice experience and be skilled in every aspect of this role, including interviewing clients and identifying their needs.
- Empowering clients to resolve their issues themselves and where appropriate referring them on to other agencies with the requisite skills and experience to progress their issues.
The role will cover our 3 offices in Crowborough, Hailsham and Uckfield and possible outreach locations within Wealden.
