We currently have an exciting opportunity at RSK in Derby for a Trainee Administrator. Reporting to the Principal Administrator, the role will involve providing administration support to the local team of consultants and wider Group when required. Full time at 40 hours per week preferred (part time negotiable for the right person).

What’s involved:
- Reception duties to include taking calls/messages and greeting visitors. Daily post and couriers duties
- Stock orders
- Vehicle Management
- Meeting room booking and ordering lunches
- Equipment record keeping
- Quality review and compilation of reports including PDF
- Setting up new project files and archiving
- Data entry
- Promoting Health & Safety & maintaining PPE records
- Travel, accommodation, car hire and training course bookings
- Completing general administration tasks and supporting other administrators
What we're looking for:
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
- Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator and a team player
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Pleasant telephone manner
