Our PAD London team is looking for our next Trainee Account Managers. We have recently partnered up with a non-profit organisation and are looking for a few individuals who would be able to, initially, take on an entry-level role and execute our promotional events. We do not believe in cold-calling, so we construct a more targeted approach and use several promotional venues around London to utilise passing foot traffic to promote and sell.
After certain criteria are met, all successful individuals will be given a small team to manage and will be provided with mentorship which will allow them to oversee different departments such as PR, recruitment, HR, etc.
Entry level stage responsibilities for our trainee account managers:
- Working alongside the promotional events team- build relationships with new customers, helping them with the registration process
- Increase client's reputation through this face-to-face approach
- Promote the mission of the client's brand
- Contribute to current campaigns by providing great support and input.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided
- Well-articulated and confident at communicating
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic
Remuneration
For our trainee account managers, we have a hybrid payment structure that consists of a weekly guarantee/uncapped commission. Realistic on target earnings 24-28k per annum OTE
Interview process
Applicants will be screened by our HR team and those successful will be invited for an initial Zoom webinar just to confirm basic details and give an overview of the role.
